Palm leaves libraries are special places, where bundles of palm leaves are stored. These libraries contain all Vedaknowledgeand destinies of each individual person. Predictions of the future conduct skilled “naadi readers”, who read person’s destiny from the leaves stored in the bundles.

All the records were written by Indian sages thousands of years ago. Maharishis (maha=big / rishi = saint) made records on palm leaves because of following reasons:

Remedies are an integral part of the Palm leaves destiny readings. They help us overcome adverse occurrences in our lives caused by karmic or planetary influences. They originated as a part of Hindu philosophy about the existence of reincarnation and karmic load that we carry from our past lives. This procedure of finding palm leaves bundles in libraries with thumbprints (men – right hand / women – left hand) was created by Maharishis thousands of years ago. Except of two special kinds of readings (Atri Jeeva naadi and Kaka Bhujandar Jeeva naadi) is the thumb-print method used in all the libraries and with all sorts of destiny readings in India. Without a thumbprint it is impossible to find the right palm leaves bundles for an applicant. In other words, if the bundle or bundles were find even without a thumb-print, it would be most definitely some kind of fraud. Every thumbprint has its own title. There are 9 basic categories, 108 subcategories and 1008 sub-subcategories of thumb-print titles. The bundles are then stored in libraries by those titles. According to type or title of a thumbprint are the bundles found for each individual applicant for the destiny reading. This is followed by finding the particular palm leaf for an applicant. When the finding is successful, is followed by destiny reading.

Palm leaves finding works as a form of identification, which means verifying data read from a palm leaf. Naadi reader reads from individual palm leaves in the old Tamil language. The information is then translated to English either by naadi reader directly or with help of a translator. Client then answers on the given data simply with either YES or NO. When the answer is YES, the naadi reader continues reading data from the same leaf. If the answer for some of the fundamental piece of information is NO, because the given information does not concord with client’s life, that palm leaf is put aside and the naadi reader continues to another leaf from the same bundle. This gradual process of putting the leaves aside takes so long until all the data from a single palm leaf get answered by YES. That is how the identification is completed and the client can proceed to his destiny reading.

The answers must be exact, and they must correctly reflect your life. When you answer some of the questions incorrectly (it does not matter if consciously or unconsciously), your palm leaf may not be found. In case when you do not know the answer or you are not sure about it, the naadi reader continues reading from the same leaf. When you answer NO on any of the following questions, the leaf is put aside and a possibility of making a mistake with finding your leaf is eliminated. Some of the information on the leaves may be very personal, that is why we do not recommend you invite any third person to the matching session and also the reading itself. The message is meant to you and you only, after that is up to your own evaluation and decision to share or not to share your data with people close to you.

Naadi readings are exactly accurate and personal. It differs from others form of fortune telling with its detail orientation and with possibility to change the outcome, thus change the destiny. The quality of a reading is immensely influenced by experience of a particular naadi reader. The forecasts of those among the most experienced readers converge to 100 % fulfilment rate. The number has risen from the original 12 libraries founded by Valuvar community in 19. century to more than 1 000 places, where you can get a naadi reading today. In other words, naadi readings became very lucrative way to earn money, that is why you can sometimes encounter the label “industry” in a conversation about palm leaves libraries. Current situation is thus quite complicated to navigate through and it may be hard to find the right place for your own destiny reading. Some of the basic advices which may help you to find a high-quality library are:

• Reading must follow the standard procedure – palm leaf bunches are found only with help of a thumbprint. Good libraries will not ask you to state any other personal information like name, date of birth, address, job, occupation etc. - It usually takes some time to find the correct palm leaves bundles , which means, that it is quite suspicious if the bundles are found immediately. Some fraud libraries even have limited number of bunches, which they use for all their clients (for so called “fake naadi reading”).
• High-quality libraries possess long tradition, where the art of naadi reading passes from father to son for three or four generations, since 19. century.
• Skilled naadi readers come from the Valuvar community or other spiritual communities or else they were at least taught by the Valuvar community to the art of naadi readings in special schools called “Gurukul”.
• High-quality libraries have a good name, which is why the applicants must be patient and wait for their reading for several hours or even days.
• High-quality libraries do not set their prices according to social status, look, clothing, colour of skin or nationality.
• High-quality libraries possess appropriate infrastructure and they offer their refreshments for their clients.

This website was named according to the word naadi, which possesses many meanings in Tamil and Sanskrit. One of them means “predetermined” and in context with palm leaves libraries means “predetermined to come from his/her own free will”. The word naadi is also used in English, in terms such as “naadi reader” or “naadi centres” (places in India, where the naadi readings take place).
